Edward Riepe was born in Kansas City, Kansas and moved to a small, isolated village in Florida as a young child. The school was so small it was called Oviedo High School, even for the first graders. There were no such things as elementary or middle schools. Edward enrolled at Florida Technological University, later renamed the University of Central Florida, where his only claim to fame is he was in the graduating class that Tricky Dick Nixon addressed right before resigning as President of the United States. He has fathered three children, Samantha, Rex and Melissa who are now grown and writers in their own right. Later in life he started to write science fiction tales and then fiction tales. Presently married to Marcia, whose name you will find in several of his works. He resides in Sin City, Nevada.
