描述
My Bargain with God is the story of how Lou Dunst lived through five concentration and slave labor camps. He eluded from certain dead in two different Gas Chambers id Auschwitz and Mauthausen. After being abandoned in a pile of dead bodies, Lou asked God to be saved, and was given another opportunity to live, so he can tell the story of the biggest mass murder catastrophe in the history of mankind. Soon after his liberation in 1945 he turned his life 180 degrees. From literally living in hell; from meeting Death face to face; to a life full of love, compassion and good deeds. He turned violence into peace, enemies into friends and hate into love. He never gave up his faith in God, he maintains that we are all Brothers and Sisters; This book is also about how, during the last thirty years his moral principles of no violence and love have been shared with tens of thousands of at churches, synagogues, middle and high schools around the country; to us army soldiers, marines, navy seals,; to federal judges of each state; at the U.S. Supreme court in Washington; at jails and juvenile detention centers; and many other clubs, gatherings and groups. -Lou is the kind-hearted man whom the Jews call a "mensch" and whom the Christians might be tempted to pronounce a "saint" -Don Harrison
